Chapter News

  • Check out the new Sigma brand!

This short video is a representation of the foundational approach to the development of the new brand.  What the new brand represents?
The Laurel branch has traditionally symbolized excellence.  You'll note at the end of the branch there are three separate, yet connected Laurel leafs.  They serve two purposes, the first is to remind us of the original purpose and meaning of Sigma Theta Tau, which is love, courage, and honor.  The second purpose is to symbolize scholarship, leadership and service.  The type face is a modern font, yet traditional for historical purposes.  It unifies the brand as a whole. Of course the brand itself reflects the colors of the society.  For those of you who loved the crest, it won't be going away! It will still be present on significant member documents such as certificates, plaques, and stoles.

  • Scholarships are available

The Chapter has sent out Undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral candidate scholarship applications. If you need more information or missed the email send a request
